Defence Secretary launches Hindi Library ‘GYANDEEP’ at Sena Bhawan, New Delhi
Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh inaugurated the Hindi library 'GYANDEEP' at Sena Bhawan in New Delhi on October 22, 2026, as part of the Ministry of Defence's Special Campaign 6. This initiative aims to promote Hindi literature and enhance the use of Hindi in official work. The campaign has also involved significant efforts in office maintenance, including the disposal of old records and e-waste, resulting in the closure of 1,361 e-files and the generation of ₹4.22 lakh in revenue. Additionally, eight individuals were recognized for their contributions to cleanliness efforts during the campaign.
