National SARAS Mela 2026 to Debut in Vijayawada, Collaborating with Andhra Pradesh Government

The Ministry of Rural Development is hosting the National SARAS Mela 2026 in Vijayawada from October 13 to 31, marking the first time the event is held outside the Delhi-NCR region. This initiative, in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh government, will feature over 1,500 women entrepreneurs from more than 30 states and union territories. The event aims to promote rural enterprises, traditional crafts, and regional cuisines, providing a platform for women-led entrepreneurship. The inauguration will be conducted by the Hon’ble President of India, H.E. Smt. Droupadi Murmu, on October 15.
