PLFS Monthly Bulletin Released for September 2026
The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation released the Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) Monthly Bulletin for September 2026, highlighting significant improvements in urban labor force participation. Urban female labor force participation reached its highest level since October 2025, with an overall labor force participation rate of 55.5%, up 0.2 percentage points from the previous year.
