PSA Prof. Sood Leads Fourth All S&T Clusters Meeting in Chandigarh, Advocates for Enhanced Collaboration
The Fourth All Science and Technology (S&T) Clusters’ Meet was chaired by Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, on October 9-10, 2026, at Panjab University in Chandigarh. The meeting, hosted by the PU-IIT Ropar Regional Accelerator for Holistic Innovations Foundation, included participation from various academic leaders and representatives from eight S&T Clusters. Prof. Sood emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration among the Clusters and improving technology deployment to address regional and societal challenges. He also noted the Clusters' role as "National Technology Accelerators" and their increasing global engagement.
