Baloch American Congress Calls for Global Action on Displacement in Pakistan

BAC President Tara Chand Baloch stated that Pakistani authorities are compelling families to leave their ancestral homes in the Kalat Shor Parod region. This appeal follows an order from the Balochistan government for approximately 5,000 families to vacate by October 30, with threats of forced removal for those who do not comply. The relocation plan, approved by Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, is expected to affect around 30,000 residents in the area.
