NLMC's e-auction of RINL land parcels nets ₹366.33 Crore on Day 1, 150 plots sold
The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) successfully conducted its first end-to-end e-auction of land parcels from Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), generating ₹366.33 crore in bids on the first day. A total of 150 plots were sold, with the highest price exceeding ₹1.80 lakh per square yard, indicating strong market demand.
