IICA Signs MoU with Indian ARCs to Enhance Industry Linkages
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) in India to enhance industry linkages for its Post Graduate Insolvency Programme. The agreement was finalized in the presence of IICA's Director General, Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, and aims to facilitate joint research, data sharing, and placement support, along with an annual conference. This collaboration is designed to strengthen the role of ARCs in the insolvency resolution ecosystem. The MoU reflects strategic discussions held during a meeting organized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on September 2, 2026.
