NHAI Launches Toll Plaza Feedback Feature on Rajmargyatra App to Enhance Highway Experience
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched a 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile app to enhance the experience of users at toll plazas. This initiative, announced on October 19, 2026, allows users to share their experiences and report issues after crossing a toll plaza. Users will receive notifications inviting feedback and can also access the feature directly within the app to rate their experience and provide comments. The feedback collected will help NHAI identify areas needing improvement and support efforts to make journeys on National Highways safer and more convenient.
