ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement Joint Committee Meets October 6-9, 2026
The 15th Meeting of the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement (AITIGA) Joint Committee took place from October 6 to 9, 2026, at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia. The meeting was co-chaired by Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav from India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Ms. Mastura Ahmad Mustafa from Malaysia's Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry. Delegates from various ASEAN countries participated, and three sub-committees held hybrid meetings alongside the main event. The discussions aimed to enhance collaboration and expedite the resolution of pending chapters within the agreement.
