CAQM Assesses Road Dust Mitigation and Cleaning Preparedness in All 12 Delhi MCD Zones
The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) reviewed the preparedness of all 12 zones of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for road dust mitigation and deep cleaning on October 12, 2026. This review was led by CAQM Chairperson Shri Rajesh Verma and followed an inspection on October 3, where significant road dust and construction waste were observed. The MCD Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners presented their actions and strategies to address these issues.
