Shilp Samagam Mela 2026 Scheduled in Mysuru
The SHILP SAMAGAM MELA 2026 is currently taking place in Mysuru, Karnataka, organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment since October 11 and running until October 19. Union Minister Ramdas Athawale visited the event, which features 83 stalls, including 80 dedicated to artisans, with 37 of those run by women. The Mela aims to provide a marketing platform for artisans from Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, and Safai Karamcharis to showcase their traditional handicrafts and products. It is jointly organized by three national corporations that offer financial support to eligible artisans and beneficiaries.
